The Early Intervention Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an onsite role based in Tucson, AZ. Compensation includes a base salary up to $105,000 per year, plus a signing bonus and monthly/weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more per month. This role exists to lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment for children ages 5 and under. The BCBA develops and implements assent-based, individualized behavior plans and provides daily support to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
