What you'll do

• Maintain the QA policy and procedures manual
• manage QA hold and product loss/disposition programs
• analyze trends
• support food-safety and quality systems
• review and approve regulatory documentation
• participate in regulatory and customer audits
• maintain corrective and preventive action plans
• lead third-party and SQF audits and support internal audits
• oversee Plant QA schedules and responsibilities
• manage direct reports
• serve as acting Director of Quality Assurance when needed
• support customer inquiries and R&D validation projects.
