The liaison develops and manages hospital and community referral relationships to support admissions, occupancy, conversion goals, and quality mix. The role coordinates with facility departments and helps prospective residents and families navigate the admission process.

What you'll do

• Generate and manage leads from referring hospitals
• meet prospective customers before admission
• make sales calls to hospital and community referral sources
• develop referrals from discharge planning, emergency, therapy, physician, case management, insurance, home health, and hospice contacts
• coordinate with departments to meet patient expectations
• work toward referral, occupancy, quality-mix, and conversion goals.
