What you'll do

• Oversee daily surgery center operations and administration
• manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
• monitor revenue, expenses, and efficiency
• maintain relationships with physician partners, medical staff, and the governing board
• ensure regulatory, accreditation, patient-safety, and quality compliance
• oversee staffing and workforce planning
• coordinate quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience
• manage vendors, service agreements, and physician contracts
• identify opportunities to grow case volume and service lines.
