What you'll do

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related documents
• perform quantity take-offs and estimating
• prepare schematic estimates
• manage project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, change orders, owner and subcontractor billings, submittals, and RFIs
• analyze construction methods and resolve discrepancies.
