Demand Planning Manager

What you'll do

• Develop planning strategies and a rolling 18-month SKU-level demand plan
• review and refine forecasts using customer forecasts, market trends, sales history, capacity, and operational capabilities
• build project-specific demand plans
• analyze forecast accuracy and recommend improvements
• document material needs
• facilitate regional and global planning and forecast arbitration
• provide forecast and sales analysis
• improve planning processes, tools, and operating rhythms
• collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Resource Managers, plant leaders, and Product Management.
