The All of Us (AoU) Call Center Specialist is a remote, full-time role based in CT. Compensation is not specified, and this role supports the Patient Engagement Team at the Moses/Weitzman Health System. This role exists to conduct engagement, enrollment, and retention activities for the All of Us research program. The specialist builds rapport with prospective participants, screens for eligibility, obtains informed consent, and schedules appointments to support large-scale public health research.
