What you'll do

• Oversee a surgical unit with 10 main OR suites, 2 CVOR suites, approximately 62 FTEs, and an average daily volume of 25 cases
• maintain nursing practice standards and regulatory compliance
• lead quality improvement tied to core measures and patient safety
• coordinate interdisciplinary patient care
• maintain equipment and supplies
• conduct proactive rounding
• foster a patient-centered environment.
