What you'll do

• Provide personalized fitting and shopping experiences
• conduct fit consultations and product education
• support selling behaviors and team coaching
• serve as Manager-on-Duty when needed
• lead huddles and shift transitions
• support floor coverage and schedules
• maintain visual standards, replenishment, cleanliness, and service behaviors
• open and close the store
• complete POS reconciliation and security checks
• support inventory tasks and merchandising.
