Customer Support Technician

What you'll do

• Install and configure computers, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners
• coordinate audiovisual setups and video conferencing
• support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo, and Teams Rooms
• monitor systems using Active Directory and MECM
• diagnose hardware, software, and network problems
• support Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
• collaborate on IT projects and implementations
• maintain documentation and asset records
• provide support at remote locations as needed
• participate in after-hours evening and weekend on-call rotations.
