Collections Analyst

Collections Analyst is a fully onsite role in Dallas, TX. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. The position supports a high-volume accounts receivable function and customer relationships for the client organization. The role exists to resolve outstanding business-to-business receivables through account research, outreach, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. It helps maintain accurate account records and timely payment while meeting departmental collection and productivity objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial accounts
• contact customers by phone and email about outstanding balances
• review aging reports and prioritize collections
• investigate payment discrepancies, short pays, credits, and account issues
• reconcile accounts
• coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment barriers
• review credit requests and documentation
• maintain collection and dispute records
• assist with delinquency reporting and portfolio reviews
• meet collection and productivity objectives
• support process improvements.
