What you'll do

• Lead a crew averaging five to eight people, occasionally up to 20
• follow and promote safety practices
• read blueprints
• coordinate materials and pour schedules
• direct manpower
• communicate with job superintendents
• manage work within budget
• assemble forms and scaffolding and perform field work
• account for materials
• maintain clean, safe sites, trucks, and equipment
• report equipment or vehicle issues.
