Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman role is onsite in Edgerton, MN; compensation is $32–$46 per hour with a 10% bonus incentive. Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking a field leader to oversee concrete crews and daily operations from start to finish. The foreman directs crew work, coordinates execution against plans and specifications, and monitors safety, quality, and production. Daily reporting and coordination of materials and equipment help keep jobsites organized and projects on schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead concrete crews and communicate expectations
• communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking team members and translate plans or safety instructions as needed. Execute work to plans, specifications, layout, and elevations
• monitor production and quality
• maintain a safe, organized jobsite
• inspect and secure equipment
• coordinate deliveries and weekly load lists
• track labor and productivity
• and submit daily reports.
