What you'll do

• Manage and develop six Workplace Support Coordinators
• distribute workloads and support team morale
• serve as an escalation point for facilities, operations, and employee issues
• maintain corporate health and safety and office administration policies
• track compliance documentation and maintenance checks
• manage local vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
