Construction Technician — Modular Building Maintenance

Job overview

The Construction Technician role is onsite in Auburndale, FL. Pay is $16.50–$25.60 per hour. The position prepares modular office and classroom buildings for delivery to customer sites. The role maintains, repairs, remodels, and prepares modular buildings, helping ensure they meet construction standards and are ready for customer delivery.

What you'll do

• Install structures and fixtures using hand or power tools
• perform maintenance, repairs, and remodeling involving carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, ceilings, and light electrical work
• clean modular buildings
• perform yard groundskeeping as needed
• measure and cut materials
• practice 5S and LEAN.
