River Link Hotels is preparing to open a newly constructed Marriott-branded hotel in the fourth quarter of 2026. The General Manager leads the property from pre-opening through opening and stabilization. The role builds the team and operating culture, coordinates readiness across departments, and manages guest experience, brand compliance, and financial performance to position the hotel for long-term success.

What you'll do

• Partner with ownership and corporate operations
• recruit, hire, train, and develop the team
• coordinate pre-opening readiness across hotel departments
• implement Marriott standards, systems, and procedures
• prepare staffing plans and operating budgets
• manage revenue, expenses, and profitability
• work with sales and revenue management
• monitor guest feedback and brand standards
• maintain the property and its assets
• and oversee compliance and workplace safety.
