The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Hampton, VA. Pay is $35–$41 per hour. The RN delivers skilled clinical care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, documents care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to follow individualized plans and facility standards.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• administer medications and treatments
• assess and monitor residents and report changes
• maintain complete and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control, safety, and nursing regulations.
