What you'll do

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• follow cleanup times and safe work practices
• work to established production rates
• participate in improving standard work
• identify and communicate problems
• assist with coworker training
• support a respectful workplace
• perform other plant duties as directed
• work across positions and departments as needed.
