The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience. The locally owned shared services company supports more than 30 independently owned construction, manufacturing, and industrial companies.

What you'll do

• Lead and support ERP implementations, conversions, and integrations
• connect operational processes with financial results
• investigate operational and financial issues
• own projects delegated by the CFO and Director of Financial Reporting
• improve workflows and system use
• support profitability and operational analysis
• strengthen reporting and data quality
• document processes and support user training
• and assist with acquisition-related evaluation and integration work as it develops. Travel to supported companies is approximately 10–15%.
