Assembler 3 is an onsite position in Caroline County, Virginia. Compensation is $24.50 per hour. The role supports Modular Mission Critical, M.C. Dean’s manufacturing campus for modular products serving data centers and critical infrastructure. The position performs advanced mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assembly, including complex builds and troubleshooting. It also supports quality and workflow improvements and provides on-the-job guidance to less experienced assemblers.

What you'll do

• Interpret drawings, schematics, and wire lists to complete complex assembly tasks
• perform advanced wiring, routing, and terminations
• troubleshoot routine and moderately complex assembly issues
• guide Assembler 1–2 employees on tools, techniques, and safe practices
• conduct self-quality checks
• coordinate sequencing, material readiness, and workflow
• support continuous improvement.
