Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is a market-based, onsite field position in Heber, UT, with compensation of $26 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance across assigned properties, including appliance, cable, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, basic HVAC repair, light plumbing, and general upkeep.
• Respond to work orders, document work with notes and photos, conduct routine and pre-arrival inspections, and support turnover readiness and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and property management, respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns, and provide team coverage as needed.
• The role requires regular in-market property visits and availability for evening/weekend work, early mornings, and on-call support as needed.
