The Groundskeeper/Landscaper position is onsite in Austin, TX, in the Downtown Austin Market District/Seaholm District. The role maintains landscaping, amenities, and exterior common areas while supporting light maintenance. Consistent grounds care and attention to safety and presentation help create a welcoming residential community for residents and visitors.

What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping through mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching
• trim trees, hedges, and shrubs
• plant and care for flowers and greenery
• monitor plant health and address pests, damage, or irrigation issues
• maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems, including minor repairs
• perform light maintenance such as painting touch-ups, lighting checks, and minor repairs
• clean common areas and remove trash, debris, and pet waste
• assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed
• inspect grounds for safety concerns
• maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
• provide courteous service to residents, vendors, and team members. Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
