What you'll do

• Provide nutrition education and training, including tabling, lunch-and-learn sessions, and one-on-one counseling

• assist with menu development and nutrient analysis
• collaborate on nutrition communications
• support dining operations and partner with campus offices and organizations.

Why this role

Registered Dietitian credential or RD eligibility required; state dietetics licensure applies where required. Experience with special diets and food allergies is sought; ServSafe Manager certification is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, with some Saturdays.
