What you'll do

• Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist
• Measure & record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Observe and document on resident performance
• Treat residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage
• Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team.
