What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by machine or by hand
• keep the dishwashing area and storage areas clean and uncluttered
• keep floors dry
• monitor dishwashing equipment and report issues
• maintain proper sanitation water temperatures
• assist with basic food preparation, stocking, serving-line work, carts, and other kitchen tasks as needed
• follow sanitation, safety, waste-disposal, and recycling procedures.
