What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on clinical need and licensure
• assess readiness for services
• develop treatment plans and document progress
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and integrated care
• use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• refer clients to resources
• participate in training, supervision, huddles, and case consultations
• maintain documentation compliance.

Why this role

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays required. Requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology; working knowledge of DSM-5; and a Missouri PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or PMFT license. Licensure supervision is provided; schedule flexibility after six months may include an option for four-day workweeks.
