Medical Biller – Revenue Cycle

The Medical Biller is a full-time, onsite role in Englewood, CO, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The position is part of Power Health Colorado’s Revenue Cycle / Billing team, supporting a multidisciplinary medical practice. The role manages assigned accounts from claim submission through payment or resolution. Accurate billing, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams support the organization’s financial operations and patient-care services.

What you'll do

• Review charges and submit claims
• verify CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, provider details, and service dates
• identify missing documentation
• submit corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals
• work accounts receivable and outstanding balances
• contact carriers and other responsible parties
• follow Colorado workers’ compensation requirements
• post and reconcile payments
• investigate denials and underpayments
• document follow-up and communicate recurring issues.
