On-Call Cook

What you'll do

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to menus, recipes, and portion guidelines
• serve meals on time and at proper temperatures
• follow physician-ordered diets and dietary restrictions
• monitor food quality
• maintain kitchen sanitation and food storage using FIFO
• communicate dietary needs with care teams
• support community events and respond to emergencies according to facility procedures.
