The Account Manager role is remote/hybrid in Pueblo, CO, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Compensation is a $52,000 base salary plus performance-based commission. Worldwide Machinery supplies, rents, sells, and leases heavy earthmoving and pipeline equipment to contractors. The account manager develops new business and grows customer relationships across an assigned territory. The role identifies equipment needs, recommends rental, sales, and leasing solutions, and coordinates with service and credit teams to support customers and revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts and drive revenue growth through job-site and office visits
• identify and develop new business in the assigned territory
• build long-term customer relationships
• travel throughout the territory as needed
• understand equipment needs and recommend rental, sales, and leasing solutions
• coordinate with the Service Department on customer communication and follow-up
• assist the Credit Department with receivables and account issues
• attend networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows
• maintain customer and sales information in the CRM
• provide responsive customer service.
