What you'll do

• Perform X-ray and CT imaging according to physician orders and protocols
• prepare and explain procedures to patients
• position patients for diagnostic images
• operate imaging equipment safely
• follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient identification procedures
• review image quality and repeat images when necessary
• maintain imaging documentation and patient records
• collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other professionals
• protect patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
