The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite field position serving Washington, DC. Compensation is $89,856–$125,000 per year, with mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate. The home health provider delivers physician-prescribed care to homebound, disabled, and chronically ill patients across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. The nurse develops and updates individualized care plans, provides homecare nursing interventions, and teaches patients and caregivers to support progress toward health and independence goals. The role coordinates with physicians and the interdisciplinary home health team and maintains clinical records and reports.

What you'll do

• Develop and document individualized plans of care with interventions and measurable outcomes
• evaluate progress and revise plans as needed
• create and implement teaching plans for patients and caregivers
• perform nursing procedures consistent with homecare protocols
• participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
• include patients and families in goal setting and care-plan revisions
• maintain clinical records, collect data, prepare reports, and communicate with physicians and care-team members.

Why this role
