Account Manager

It coordinates with operations, production control, engineering, and supply chain to provide accurate customer updates and support reliable program delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts and communicate about order status, open quotes, and account health
• receive and track requests for quote and coordinate cost, lead-time, and capacity inputs
• prepare quotations
• monitor orders and delivery commitments and escalate at-risk deliveries
• track pricing, material cost, scope, and engineering changes
• maintain customer purchase order, quote, pricing, and correspondence records
• coordinate daily with operations, production control, and engineering
• maintain account status reporting.
