What you'll do

• Own supplier selection and sourcing strategy
• direct supporting buyers, coordinators, supplier quality, factory operations, and customer-facing teams
• manage operational KPIs and improve service levels, quality, delivery, and cost
• develop supply-base and capacity strategies
• negotiate and resolve commercial issues
• ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• report supply-base risks and performance to leadership
• maintain operating procedures
• support technical specification reviews and make-versus-buy decisions
• visit suppliers periodically.
