What you'll do

• Operate interactive teller machines to perform teller transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and balance inquiries. Manage calls, chats, and voicemails
• balance ITMs daily
• research and resolve member questions and online support issues
• print checks and statements
• identify referral opportunities
• perform opening and closing procedures
• and work a flexible schedule that includes Saturdays.
