What you'll do

• Direct nursing assistants’ day-to-day functions
• plan shift services and activities with assigned staff
• prepare written and oral reports
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• provide leadership to assigned nursing personnel
• administer physician-ordered medications
• monitor safety practices
• maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
