Technical Sales Manager — Railway

What you'll do

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with established and potential customers in railway signaling, Positive Train Control, and other railway applications
• monitor customer requirements and ongoing business
• coordinate with the Division President and Engineering on new opportunities
• develop expertise in railway standards, trends, technologies, and customer requirements
• forecast revenue and gross margin
• present engineered solutions and follow up on opportunities
• lead customer kickoff and design review meetings as needed
• serve as primary customer contact during project execution
• coordinate with manufacturing teams in the U.S. and China
• monitor delivery schedules and project status
• host customer visits
• track competitive activity and market trends
• review customer complaints and recommend corrective action.
