The Maintenance Technician — Multifamily Properties role is onsite in Fife, WA, supporting The Landing, Pointe East, and Sitka Heights. The technician maintains apartment homes and shared facilities to quality standards, responds to resident service requests, prepares vacant units for leasing, and helps keep the properties clean and appealing. The role also responds to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled work hours and may support other nearby properties as business needs require.

What you'll do

• Complete general maintenance, service requests, and unit turns
• coordinate and resolve resident requests
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems
• update work-order and make-ready systems
• conduct daily property walks
• maintain clean and appealing common areas
• respond to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled hours
• travel between properties as needed.
