The Onboarding Specialist role is onsite Monday–Friday at the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Compensation is $32–$34 per hour. ABA Centers of America provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and describes its corporate team as supporting the organization’s growth and autism-care mission. The specialist coordinates pre-employment screening, compliance activities, and records from signed offer through the new hire’s first day. The role supports a positive, organized onboarding experience by communicating with new hires and coordinating with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Training, and other internal teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for new hires after signed offers
• communicate and address questions
• coordinate pre-employment activities with HRIS, Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other teams
• enter and audit pre-hire information in HCMS with at least 95% accuracy
• track preboarding and resolve transition issues
• support new hires
• schedule orientations
• maintain internal new-hire communications
• guide new team members through the process.
