What you'll do

• Administer, assist with, or supervise medication administration according to physician orders and the medication administration record
• document medications and verify records
• conduct shift reports
• secure medication carts and narcotic keys and complete narcotic counts
• assist with activities of daily living
• observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• plan the wellness schedule
• participate in an on-call staffing rotation and find coverage for open shifts.
