What you'll do

• Identify significant project opportunities using ZOHO, Construct Connect, and Industrial Info Resources
• coordinate bid and quote processes with branch and sales teams
• analyze construction documents and specifications
• develop cost estimates, scopes, schedules, installation processes, and quantity takeoffs
• coordinate equipment availability with Fleet and Engineering
• review bid requirements and contract terms
• include value-engineering ideas
• submit bids and budgets on time
• attend site pre-bid meetings and tours as needed.

Why this role
