What you'll do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on repair orders
• inspect vehicles, review service history, and recommend needed maintenance or repairs
• prepare written labor and parts estimates, communicate timelines, and obtain authorization for additional work
• monitor repair progress and update customers on status, cost, or completion changes
• review completed repair orders and explain work and charges at delivery
• handle appointment and repair-status phone inquiries
• maintain customer satisfaction scores.

Why this role
