What you'll do

• Own end-to-end relationships for high-profile GMP life sciences customers
• serve as primary escalation and governance contact
• identify and mitigate product integrity, chain-of-custody, temperature-control, and compliance risks
• lead cross-functional issue resolution
• support service design and SLA development
• serve as subject matter expert during audits and inspections
• lead quarterly business reviews
• resolve claims and deviations
• educate customers on validated processes and compliant solutions.
