What you'll do

• Welcome guests and respond to requests

• cook or prepare breakfast items according to brand standards
• replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies
• monitor food quality, freshness, appearance, and temperatures
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• clean and sanitize equipment and dining areas
• monitor inventory and notify management of replenishment needs
• prepare the breakfast area for the next day
• report maintenance concerns and guest feedback.
