What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting during the night shift
• monitor vital signs and physical condition and report concerns to nursing staff
• support rehabilitation exercises and mobility activities as directed
• maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and respond to calls or emergencies
• document care accurately and maintain confidentiality.
