The Pediatrician Liaison, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — Variable Hours role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, and pays $23–$27 per hour depending on experience. MeBe provides evidence-based, play-filled therapies for children with autism and other special needs, including ABA, occupational therapy, and speech services. The role builds referral relationships with pediatric providers and helps them understand MeBe’s services, referral process, and current availability. Through outreach, events, accurate CRM tracking, and coordination with internal teams, the liaison supports timely, well-matched connections between families and care.

What you'll do

• Build a consistent outreach and follow-up cadence across the territory
• develop relationships with pediatric referral partners
• explain services, referral steps, enrollment availability, and wait times
• plan and manage a four-week outreach calendar
• coordinate events
• record outreach activity in the CRM and report progress
• assist with marketing materials and provider collaboration-of-care reports.
