What you'll do

• Oversee emergency mitigation projects from planning and scheduling through budgeting and final sign-off
• lead, mentor, and evaluate direct reports
• manage project financials, profitability, and resource allocation
• coordinate with insurance adjusters on estimates, sales, and billings
• enforce IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols
• train teams and audit field documentation, work authorizations, and job records.
