The role helps ensure inventory is inspected, handled carefully, returned, cleaned, and stored properly so event operations run smoothly from warehouse preparation through teardown.

What you'll do

• Pull, prepare, clean, and organize event decor, props, and furniture
• inspect items before events
• pack and load items safely
• load and unload company vehicles
• assist with event setup and teardown
• return, clean, and store inventory
• maintain an organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse
• represent the company professionally at event sites
• drive company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck, as needed.
