What you'll do

• Lead HRIS and enterprise software projects from initiation through deployment and operational transition
• manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and communications
• coordinate HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and consultants
• oversee requirements, configuration reviews, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness
• manage vendor deliverables and issue resolution
• drive change management, communications, training, and adoption.
