The Relationship Sales Partner role is based onsite in Pontiac, MI, with a 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule and a one-hour lunch. Compensation is not specified. The role supports United Wholesale Mortgage’s work to make home ownership possible for more Americans. The partner builds and maintains broker relationships, educates brokers on the company’s application system, products, programs, guidelines, and processes, and serves as a resource for client guidance. Managing account performance and a loan pipeline helps the team meet sales goals and support successful loan transactions.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts in all 50 states
• train and educate brokers on UWM’s EASE application system, programs, products, guidelines, and processes
• provide guidance and solutions
• share product and industry updates
• advocate for brokers and support loan success
• monitor account performance
• and build and manage a loan pipeline to meet sales goals.
