What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• meet timing, quality, and presentation expectations
• maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow health and safety regulations
• assist with receiving and storing supplies
• monitor food stock and report shortages
• help clean and maintain kitchen equipment
• collaborate with the kitchen team and contribute menu suggestions when appropriate.
